Meet opposite Pattos in St Ives at 6.30 am (really 7.30 am bodyclick time) for a roll to Palm Beach via McCarrs Creek Road. Breakfast will be at the Boathouse, Palm Beach and we'll complete the PB loop and return via McCarrs for caffeinated beverages at Snives if there is an appettie for a 'second breakfast'. 

Return time will be dependent on pace and numbers.
