Biography : Bought a bike in 2013 after getting a job in the City (I live in Willoughby), and decided I needed to get fit. I have been enjoying riding to work ever since (still a fair-weather rider though!).

Weather is looking great for a 100km return ride to West head via Akuna bay then back maybe via Akuna again. Bring something to snack on at West Head and 2 water bottles. If have time then maybe lunch at St Ives.
